These are the exact places I look for on my vacations.....local diner serving what the locals eat. Me and my wife shared a shepherds pie, with vegetables and roasted potatoes, and it was very good. Huge portion, and covered in brown gravy, and only £4.90.....Breakfast the next day was okay. Didn't care for the sausages, but the rest was okay. My lunch was better than the breakfast.
